Joey has been involved in the performing arts for almost 20 years. For many of those years, he performed in plays and musicals both at school and in the community. Additionally, he has multiple years of experience in theater management, composition, music directing, technical directing, choreography, and artistic directing. He loves working with the community, as well as on his own projects, like The Joey Johnson Show.

Joey has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Music from Cornell University. He also minored in Theatre and worked at Cornell's Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts.

At Forte Studios, Joey is primarily responsible for planning and managing programs, lessons, and events. Feel free to email him if you are interested in joining the team, organizing an event, or renting performance space.

Carly is currently a BFA Musical Theatre student at Nazareth University. Outside of the classroom, Carly directs and choreographs youth theatre. She offers dance classes, workshops, and musical theatre training for children of all ages. Currently, Carly works at Nolan's on Canandaigua Lake as a hostess, barback, and caterer.

Wisteria Jones will graduate in May 2026 with a BFA in Music Theater and a minor in Education from the University at Buffalo. She has been choreographing musicals for the past 4 years. Her experience ranges from K-12 students. She has been involved in the Rochester and Buffalo performing arts scenes for 19 years. Wisteria is a Roc City Singer alum and has performed in both professional and community productions.  She is currently attending the Disney College Program in August.

At Forte Studios, Wisteria is a summer choreographer. Email her for extra help with dance, especially during the summer season.

Melody's childhood was full of theatre and music. As an adult, she loves attending events that involve the visual and performing arts. She previously served as a board member for the Fort Hill Performing Arts Center. Currently, she works at the Arc of Monroe as the Senior Director of Education and Professional Development. She also offers event planning services.

At Forte Studios, Melody acts as an administrative and artistic consultant. She is a great person to email regarding general information or event planning.

Jonah has performed in many theatrical productions. Beyond performance, they have gained experience in children's theatre and technical direction. Currently, Jonah is a producer for The Joey Johnson Show. They also create custom themed earrings on Etsy.
